Jail Ministry

Are you interested in impacting a soul for Christ?  Do you want to help someone learn how to put off the old self and live a victorious life today? Then join us in ministry at the Washington County Jail. Chaplain Earl Adams has the privilege of serving as the Executive Director of the Washington County Law Enforcement and Jail Chaplaincy (WCLEJC) and also as the Senior Chaplain of the Washington County Detention Center. Each week numerous volunteers give an hour of their time to visit detainees, both male and female, and share the love of Christ with them. Bible studies, worship services, prayer, and times of encouragement fill the cell blocks as those who are at their lowest are lifted up to the Father. Due to the expanding jail population, male volunteers are needed most. Help set someone free!

Contact Chaplain Adams at 479.530.6766 or email him at WCLEJC@fbcs.net to learn more about how you can become involved with Jail Ministry.

If the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed!
